Once we have agreed upon the best opportunity, we will work together to develop and implement a plan to reap the benefits of the opportunity. Three days per week for a month after your assessment is complete you will have a 15 minute conversation with your coach. In it you'll report on your progress so far, and make commitments for completion prior to the next call. Your coach will make suggestions, request commitments, and help you stay on track. Each day you will spend 30-60 minutes working on the commitments that you have agreed to. You're going to have to do some work - but it's work that will make a huge difference in improving your bottom line and your satisfaction. At the end of 30 days you and your coach will do an analysis of the process.
